headquarter in Cluj-Napoca, 1 Pavel Rosca St., Apartment 7, Cluj county,
Romania, owns and operates www.enso.services and other related web sites,
collectively referenced herein as the “Website”. This Privacy Policy is
applicable to You as user (“User”) of the Website as it presents how
Enso treats User’s personal information, and how Enso protect User’s privacy
while accessing or using the Website.

be true, complete and accurate, and updated from time to time.
Enso does not collect any Personal Data for

data centers located in European Economic Area and operated by third-party
hosting provides which fully complies with the European Union data protection

Data, the User understands and agrees that such information may be transferred
to and stored in data centers located outside User’s resident jurisdiction and,
to the extent the User is a resident of a country other than Romania, the User
consents to the transfer of such data to Romania for processing by Enso in

Enso will only keep Users’ Personal Data for
as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and the
related Terms and Conditions, unless a longer retention period is required or
permitted by law.
When Enso has no ongoing legitimate business
need to process User’s Personal Data, Enso will either delete or anonymize the
User’s Personal Data, or, if this is not possible (for example, because User’s Personal
Data is stored in backup archives), then Enso will securely store User’s Personal
Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion or anonymization
is possible.

Economic Area and the User believes Enso is unlawfully processing his or her
Personal Data, the User also has the right to complain to his or her local data

Enso has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any User Personal Data it processes.
