Enso collects User’s Personal Data that User voluntarily provides when:

The Personal Data that Enso directly collects from User depends on the context of the User’s interactions with Enso and the Website, the choices User makes, and the Website’s features and applications the User uses. Such Personal Data may include the following:

All Personal Data that User provides to Enso must be true, complete and accurate, and updated from time to time.
Enso does not collect any Personal Data for unregistered users while accessing and using the Website.

Enso automatically collect certain information while User visits, uses or navigates the Website. This information does not reveal User’s specific identity (like User’s name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as User’s IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when the User uses the Website and other technical information.

Enso securely stores User’s Personal Data in data centers located in European Economic Area and operated by third-party hosting provides which fully complies with the European Union data protection laws.
When Enso has no ongoing legitimate business need to process User’s Personal Data, Enso will either delete or anonymize the User’s Personal Data, or, if this is not possible (for example, because User’s Personal Data is stored in backup archives), then Enso will securely store User’s Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion or anonymization is possible.

These may include the right to be informed, to access, to rectification, to be forgotten, to restrict the processing, to data portability, to object and to not be subject to automated decision making.

Enso is relying on User’s consent to process User’s Personal Data, but the User has the right to withdraw the consent at any time. However, the User acknowledge and agrees that withdrawal of the consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before such withdrawal.
If the User is resident in the European Economic Area and the User believes Enso is unlawfully processing his or her Personal Data, the User also has the right to complain to his or her local data protection supervisory authority. Enso has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any User Personal Data it processes.
User acknowledge and agrees that Enso cannot guarantee that the Website or internet itself is 100% secure. Although Enso will do its best to protect User’s Personal Data, transmission of Personal Data to and from the Website is at User’s own risk. The User should only access the Website from within a secure environment.
Enso is not responsible for the privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to from the Website.
The Website is designed for and targeted to European Economic Area audiences and is governed by and operated in accordance with the Romanian laws. Enso make no representation that the Website is operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of any other nations.
